Christmas Centerpiece Ideas

With holiday entertaining season officially upon us, we thought that the hostesses among you might like a rundown on some of our cheer-filled holiday table ideas. Since we covered most of the table-decorating basics in this post last month, this month we thought we would share some centerpiece specific ideas.

An easy way to bring a little subtle color to your table without much of your valuable gift-buying money is to keep things simple by utilizing some simple produce. Conveniently, apples come in both red and green, and varying shades of brightness. The best part is that after your event is over your apples can find their way into family lunches or a pie for your next event.

For those among us with glitter on the brain, these gorgeous and glitzy branches are the perfect way to glam up your table. If you aren't sure about renting these beauties, you could always try making them yourself (but be warned that anytime you introduce loose glitter to a table-scape you run the risk of glittery beverages or entrees).

Centerpieces don't have to be big- in fact they don't even need to be centered. If you have a full table and just want a touch of color- we have these adorable red votives that are both festive and simple- perfect for interspersing among your tasty treats for a pop of color.

For Christmas parties, we love getting a little extra use out of our ornaments (or finding an excuse to buy some extras). A cylindrical vase filled with gorgeous red, silver, green, gold or white ornaments is an easy way to make a BIG impression on your table.

Speaking of red- we love that red glassware is trending again- these white flowers are a gorgeous accent to our red vases (and happen to match those votives we talked about very nicely).

You may have noticed that we are utilizing one of our glam runners that has a bit of sparkle to it. We love how it makes our white cloths very sophisticated and whimsical.

We even have some vases to add a little extra bling to match our runner, if you are walking in a glam-wonderland this holiday season.

With the gift giving season upon us, we love the idea of incorporating favors or gifts into your decor. Two birds, one stone. And if you are looking for boxes that are as gorgeous as they are functional, our pals at Taylor'd Favors would love to help you out- look at how lovely these boxes are!

When in doubt, we always vote for our champagne flute style vases with floating candles. Elegant, whimsical, and versatile- you really can't go wrong.
